These terms govern enrollment in Awakening, the two-day (48-hour) live experience presented by Master Jeff Academy, Inc. They form part of your purchase agreement. Please read them before you enroll.
Admission for one named participant to Awakening — a two-day, in-person live experience held at a stated venue, presented as the 48-hour immersion. This is not a digital product and nothing is shipped to you. Each person may attend as a student once in their lifetime.
The 48 hours describe the length of the immersion, not classroom time. Scheduled instruction runs approximately 20 to 30 hours across those two days. The remainder is sleep, meals, rest, and breaks.
Awakening is a personal-enrichment experience. It is not vocational training, career preparation, or professional education. It does not lead to a licence, a professional credential, a qualification to practise any occupation, or employment, and we do not represent that it does. The certificate awarded at the closing ceremony is a certificate of completion recognising that you finished the experience — nothing more.
Awakening is not therapy, counselling, medical care, or mental-health treatment, and it is not a substitute for any of them. If you are under care for a physical or mental-health condition, please speak with your own provider before enrolling.
We make no promise about your results. What you take from Awakening depends on you. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, income, business result, or life change, and nothing on this website or in our marketing should be read as such a guarantee. Any experience described by a past participant is that person's own and is not a promise of what you will experience.
You may cancel within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, no reason required — provided the event has not yet begun. Email info@themasterjeff.com with your name and order number. We return the money to your original payment method within 10 business days.
After the first week, what we can return depends on how close to the event you cancel. Our costs are committed in advance and are not recoverable: the venue deposit, the food-and-beverage headcount we guarantee to the hotel, the materials produced with your name on them, staffing and travel, and the seat itself — which is limited and cannot always be resold.
Measured in calendar days before Day 1 of the event:
Credits we issue do not expire.
Transfers are free and we encourage them. Tell us the substitute's name at least 7 days before Day 1 so we can prepare their materials. The person who attends uses their one lifetime attendance; yours remains available.
You get a full refund of everything you paid, inclusive of all fees — or you may move to the next date. Your choice, and we will process it within 30 days of announcing the change.
This applies except where an event is cancelled because of a major catastrophe or a declared state of emergency or disaster, an extraordinary event or circumstance that could not have been foreseen and is beyond our control, or any other issue or event in the nature of force majeure. In those cases we will offer you a credit toward a future date.
Awakening is limited in size and not everyone who applies is accepted. If we decline your application after you have paid, you are refunded in full — no deductions, no conditions.
If a documented medical emergency or an immediate family emergency prevents you from attending, contact us. We may, at our discretion, issue a one-time credit toward a future date. This is a courtesy we extend case by case, not an entitlement.
Awakening runs for the full 48 hours and the certificate is awarded for completing it. Arriving late or leaving early does not create a right to a refund or a partial refund.
If you buy from us in person — at an event, in a hotel, or anywhere that is not our permanent place of business — you may cancel until midnight of the third business day after the transaction, or the fifth business day if you are 65 or older, and receive a full refund. We will hand you that notice in writing and tell you out loud at the time of sale. This right cannot be waived, and nothing in these terms limits it.

Notice by mail is effective when you send it. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
The price shown is the total price. There are no mandatory fees added at checkout. Travel, lodging, and meals outside the event are your own responsibility unless we state otherwise in writing.
Nothing in these terms waives any right you have under the consumer-protection laws of your state of residence, or of the state in which the event is held. Where any provision here conflicts with a right the law gives you and does not allow you to give up, the law governs.
These terms are governed by the law of the State of California, subject to Section 12.
