Refund & Cancellation Policy

Master Jeff Academy, Inc sells live events, courses, and digital programs — not physical merchandise. What follows replaces any general return language.

Live events (including Awakening)

Live-event admission is governed by the Awakening Enrollment, Cancellation & Refund Terms. In summary:

  • You may cancel for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the event has not yet begun. No reason required.
  • After that, refunds are tiered by how close the cancellation is to the event date, because our costs — venue deposits, food-and-beverage guarantees, materials produced for you, and staffing — are committed in advance and are not recoverable.
  • If we cancel, reschedule, or relocate an event, you receive a full refund of everything you paid, inclusive of all fees, within 30 days — or you may transfer to the next date. Your choice.
  • If your application is declined after payment, you are refunded in full.
  • Event credits we issue do not expire.
  • Seats are transferable to another person at no charge.
  • Non-attendance without notice ("no-show") is not refundable.

Digital courses and downloadable programs

Digital products are delivered immediately, so they are refundable within 7 days of purchase provided you have not completed more than 25% of the material. Contact us and we will process it.

Purchases made in person

If you purchase from us in person at an event, hotel, or any location that is not our permanent place of business, you have the right to cancel until midnight of the third business day after the transaction — the fifth business day if you are 65 or older — and receive a full refund. We will give you this notice in writing and tell you out loud at the time of sale. This right cannot be waived.

How to cancel

Email info@themasterjeff.com or write to Master Jeff Academy, Inc, 30423 Canwood St STE 139, Agoura Hills, CA 91301. Include your name, order number, and the date of purchase. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy waives any right you have under the consumer-protection laws of your state of residence or the state in which an event is held.
